River Training and Trips

The TRR Southeast PA chapter training direction is to build a team of expert paddlers who move beyond their personal challenges. We plan training and trips to local creeks and rivers to challenge and  advance skills in:

  • River/Water Reading
  • Paddling strokes and balance
  • Maneuvering in rapids
  • Recognizing hazards
  • Nature appreciation
  • Group safety
  • Exercise
  • Surfing and Fun!
